About Agnes – Life Guided by the Unseen

About Agnes – intuitive spiritual practitioner, tarot and rune reader at Spirity

My connection with the unseen world began when I was very young — long before I understood what I was experiencing or had the knowledge to give it a name.

As a child, I could see and sense things that other people around me did not seem to notice. I experienced the presence of spirits, but I also encountered other presences that felt very different from the spirits of deceased people — what I would later come to understand as entities.

At that age, these experiences were not fascinating to me.

They were frightening.

I was a child trying to understand why I could see or feel something that apparently nobody else could.

When I tried to speak about what I was experiencing, people did not always believe me. There was no easy explanation available to me, and I had no one who could simply sit down with me and explain why these things were happening.

The world was also very different then.

There was no internet as we know it today, where someone can type a few words into a search engine and immediately find thousands of articles, personal experiences, books, videos and communities discussing spirituality, psychic abilities or paranormal experiences.

I could not simply search for “Why am I seeing spirits?” or “What is this presence I am feeling?”

For a long time, I was left with my experiences and my questions.

And because I did not understand them, I was afraid of them.

From Fear to Understanding

As I grew older, fear gradually began to turn into curiosity.

Instead of trying to ignore what I experienced, I wanted to understand it.

I began exploring spirituality, energy, the unseen world and the different ways people throughout history had interpreted experiences that could not easily be explained through ordinary perception.

Much of that exploration began independently.

I searched for information wherever I could find it. I read, observed, experimented, compared my own experiences with what I learned and slowly began building an understanding of the abilities and sensitivities that had been present since childhood.

There was no single moment when everything suddenly became clear.

It was a gradual process.

The more I learned, the more I began to understand that being sensitive to things others did not perceive did not have to remain something I feared.

What had frightened me as a child gradually became something I wanted to understand, develop and learn how to work with responsibly.

Learning Beyond Books

Books and study became important parts of my development, but they were never the only teachers.

Some of my most important lessons came through direct experience.

Over the years, I explored different forms of energy work, spiritual practices, witchcraft, ritual traditions and intuitive development. I learned from teachers, but I also continued learning independently and through my own spiritual experiences.

As my understanding developed, I became increasingly aware that spiritual knowledge is not simply about memorizing techniques.

It also requires observation, patience, intuition and responsibility.

I learned to pay attention to subtle differences in energy and to trust what I perceived while still questioning and examining my own impressions.

Not every sensation means the same thing. Not every unusual experience has the same cause. And not every spiritual method is appropriate for every situation.

Learning to recognize those differences became as important to me as learning the practices themselves.

The Ancient Practices I Carry

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to older spiritual traditions and witchcraft practices.

Rituals, symbols, herbs, candles, natural materials and the forces of nature became part of my spiritual practice.

I learned that ritual work is not simply about following instructions.

For me, the physical elements of a ritual provide structure, but intention, concentration, energy and understanding the purpose of the work are what give the practice meaning.

Nature also became increasingly important in the way I understand energy.

Earth, Water, Fire and Air each carry different qualities and symbolism within my practice. Their relationship with energy eventually became an important part of the way my own work developed.

This connection between energy and the forces of nature would later contribute to the creation of my own healing method, Synara Healing™ – Uniting the Forces of Nature.

At the same time, my experience taught me the importance of boundaries.

I do not believe that possessing knowledge means that everything should be practiced.

Some forms of spiritual work do not belong within my ethical boundaries, and I do not perform work intended to deliberately harm, curse, control or override another person’s free will.

My Intuitive Abilities

The intuitive experiences that began in childhood developed and became clearer as I learned to understand them.

Today, I recognize different ways in which information may come to me.

These include:

  • Clairvoyance – receiving information through images, symbols or visual impressions.
  • Clairsentience – sensing emotions, energy or physical impressions.
  • Clairaudience – intuitively receiving words, sounds or messages.
  • Claircognizance – knowing or understanding something without receiving the information through ordinary means.

These abilities do not always work separately.

Sometimes an impression begins as an image and is followed by a feeling. At another time, I may suddenly know something before understanding why I know it.

Learning to recognize these different forms of perception has been a long process.

What once felt confusing and frightening gradually became something I could understand and consciously incorporate into my spiritual practice.

Creating My Own Way of Working

As the years passed, I stopped seeing the different parts of my spiritual experience as completely separate from one another.

Intuition, energy work, witchcraft, ritual practice and my connection with nature began to form one larger picture.

I did not want to simply reproduce someone else’s method.

I wanted my work to reflect what I had learned through my own experiences, the practices I had studied and the way I naturally perceive and work with energy.

That development eventually led me to create Synara Healing™, my own approach to remote energy work, bringing together energy and the forces of nature.

It also shaped the way I approach intuitive work, spiritual cleansing, protection and ritual practice today.

My methods continue to develop because I believe spiritual practice should remain something living rather than something that stops evolving once a particular technique has been learned.

From Personal Experience to Spirity

About Agnes is not simply the story behind Spirity — it is the story of how my own experiences gradually became the foundation of the work I offer today.

For many years, spirituality was primarily part of my personal life and the work I did with individual people.

Eventually, I wanted to create one place where the different parts of that experience could come together.

That place became Spirity.

Spirity reflects the path that began with a frightened child who did not understand what she was seeing and sensing, continued through years of independent exploration and learning, and eventually developed into the spiritual work I practice today.

Through Spirity, I now offer different forms of intuitive, energetic and ritual work, including psychic guidance, Synara Healing™, spiritual cleansing and protection, entity and ghost work, black magic removal and spellwork.

Each of these areas has its own dedicated page where I explain the service and my approach in greater detail.

Sharing Knowledge Through Writing

There is another part of my work that has become increasingly important to me: writing.

For years, much of what I learned existed through experience, practice, notes and personal knowledge.

Today, I also transform parts of that knowledge into books and digital resources.

I create spiritual books, journals, guides and other materials for people who want to explore spirituality, energy, ritual practice, self-reflection and personal development in their own time.

Writing is different from performing a session or ritual for someone.

A book allows me to explain ideas more deeply, organize knowledge into something practical and give the reader something they can return to whenever they need it.

It has therefore become another way for me to share what I have learned while continuing to develop my own work.

About Agnes: My Path Today

When I look back, the experiences that frightened me as a child ultimately became the beginning of a much longer journey.

I did not begin this path because spirituality was fashionable or because I discovered it online.

It began with experiences I could not explain, at a time when finding information about them was far more difficult than it is today.

I had to search, learn, question, experience and gradually find my own understanding.

That process continues.

I still learn. I still explore. And I continue developing the way I work while remaining connected to the principles that have become important to me: intuition, nature, responsibility, ethical boundaries and respect for the individual.

This About Agnes page is where I share the personal journey behind Spirity and the experiences that shaped the work I do today.

It represents where I came from, what I have learned and what I now choose to share with others.
